Am I crazy?
I don't understand why shareholders are selling on market for $1.10 given they can just accept the ZFX offer and get the same price but save on brokerage.
Is there a logical reason anyone can think of?
The main illogical reason that I could come up with was perhaps shareholders are making a stand by selling on market rather than sell to ZFX. Which of course is illogical if they are selling at $1.10 as at that price the buyer is 100% certain to be ZFX as they have a standing buy order for the remainder of the shares.
