Nope, we are going to court. The judge is going say that the process used to try and coerce BPL into paying for the drilling programme it does not want, is illegal. The judge will also compel the two parties to appoint a JV manager that is impartial. The drilling programme will be slower, with a capital raise but that sweet cobalt has come home and our share price will sky rocket.
