I did not expect us to get 54% - and I think that sends a two fold message:
1) Shareholders are not entirely satisfied with the way MXC has been managed over the last 12 months.
2) That shareholders believe that, given the situation with funds, revenue levels and SP, that shareholders believe that BOD are getting a premium for their efforts.
Now, onward with the main game.If shareholders are suffering through lack of performance, BOD should at least feel a bit of that pain.
