yes I love the fact we in Melbourne can now get seriously assaulted 24 hours a day. Of course the offenders get a serious talking to from the police before Christine gives them a big hug and sends them on their way.
I think hours need to be regulated a little more - nothing drastic - but it's more of a social problem that regulation won't address. How much have things really changed though? used to go to the Armadale $10 all you can drink on Thursday nights....I can't remember whether I had a good time or not.
But random violence does seem to be on the increase.
