irrelevant if it takes over 1 billion to get the gold out. you think a lender would say here have a few hundred million. if you go under and cant repay it dont worry. we will now invest.over a billion , develop and sell gold and get our few hundred mil back. no. they look at value of land if thats the security. is auz land holding valued at a few hundred AS IS - no and far from. its insufficient security. thats the challenge to get equity...
