I would like to add to the above post highlighting the following items as I understand them.

1 That Vale were essentially buying into a blank canvas resource.
2 That KNP had had very little work done prior to their involvement.
3 That it was up to Vale to develop, fund and finance.

Now moving into 2018 the situation is very different.
1 100% ownership by ARL
2 The previous development spend by Vale is now $50M
3 ARL has extended this substantially and the resource is now a very much known quantity.
4 KNP as a known quantity has mostly all of the development risk removed.
5 The processing plan, intellectual property is known, proven and off the shelf, further reducing risk.

Now moving into the demand side for materials.
1 I feel that the point of no return with regards EV is now passed and legislated.
2 Transition is well under way, car and battery manufacturers are tooling.
3 The race for dominance and international competition is obvious.
4 Nickel, cobalt, and lithium supplies are where the effort is required to keep pace.

Last but not least
1 ARL has enormous resources that are internationally strategic.
2 ARL has what is considered internationally strategic mineral and metal reserves.
3 ARL is in a safe economically stable jurisdiction with proven ability to supply.
4 ARL has the 3rd largest class 1 nickel reserves in the world comparable to Norilsk and BHP.

If you think I like ARDEA RESOURCES as an investment, you would be 100% correct.
I know what I have done, I do not back away from my actions at all.
