I can't really go into specifics about my background without doxxing myself and with @fishman67 on the warpath and looking to meet me in person this would not be wise - having said this I think he would probably like me if he met me in person. This makes it hard to prove I have a Ph.D, but I hope what I write stands by itself.

As I mentioned above I kind of got sucked into the BIT forum by chance. By nature I am prone to deep diving into a topic and the more time I have spent investigating BIT and its investors the more interested I have become.

I do spend a lot of time on HC, but for me it is an amazing educational resource (if very dangerous). I have learned a huge amount through the posts of other people here and I like to give back if I can. Labelling me a downramper or troll is missing why I am here.
