What about the client who atually met with senior Opes management, at which an ANZ staff member of some standing sat through, as the Opes reps told the client that he would retain beneficial ownership of his hefty portfolio.
Can't for the life of me remember the client's name or find the posts/artcile that raised this over the last few weeks. I am sure the client is bringing an action based on this. Silence is just as damning in these circumstances surely.
