Ok, so probably people have missed this. It is actually AUD185,000 by mid-December, 12% production royalty, upfront around AUD 550000 on commencement and A NUMBER OF SURROUNDING EXPLORATION TENEMENTS WHICH ARE PROSPECTIVE FOR IRON ORE.
So we got a bit of cash and some extra tenements for free?
This could explain the 2 new tenements that Messiah found out months ago or this could somehow in relation to it?
