one way or another we will have a definitive way forward with dealing with waste, for years its been on the back burner with Lynas investing in researching the "recycle" approach as part of the condition of their license aggreement/contract.
I agree with some here, if the highly technically accomplished scientific committee finds in "favour" of recycling , that is no need for PDF, then it will be a massive leg up for the share and the shorters are stuffed..
However they could find in favor of result of combination of "recycling" and "pdf" ... in which case it will be a mixed reaction with the share price wildy fluctuating, depending on the conditions of the PDF.
I highly doubt they will find in favour of a "pdf only" solution ...
