If I understand correctly I believe @vin123 is saying ALB hasn't paid $1.6 billion for a block of dirt and that MIN is required to build the plant and make it a working mine producing concentrate, ie. ALB is expecting to own 50% of the finished mine for their money. @vin123. I acknowledge that this is a technicality in the deal but PLS has a working mine and is well advanced with financing stage 2 so I think the price paid by ALB is a valid comparison to value PLS by.
