I recently listened to Boone Pickens and his view on the future price of gas in the USA was that it was heading to the US$12 - US$14 range per mcf by the 3rd or 4th Quarter of this year. I guess you can predict all sorts of prices but in the end it does not take too much maths to work out where it is headed.
It’s also nice to know that in general the gas in this region has a high BTU content per cubic foot so it receives a premium to market prices.
As an aside, lets hope they made a small placement to the financiers at a substantial premium to the current share price and trigger a re-incarnation of the Woodside/Hardman placement outcome...........(wake me up when it happens)
