WWith things being this progressed he'll be fighting for his own sake first and foremost, and that means indirectly fighting for the rest of holders. His salaries in past 8 years were miniscule compared to his capital in JDC.

G'day MrBigDog, not sure what you have been reading but I think you have it all wrong.
1. JDC at the time of T/O had $210,992 of contributed capital. Cash at bank was $194,879.
2. JDC had the right to acquire shareholdings in 4 projects and no tangible assets.
3. The Fab 4 owned 59.5% and contributed a total of $125,000.
4. Altera (now Cokal) paid them 125m Shares and 12.5m Options for their combined 59.5%.
5. Cost price of shares held by these directors is $0.001c, Yes, 1/10th of a cent!
Yes, Martino did buy some shares along the way but he has also sold quite a few back in 2013/14. Then there are the director/management fees received along the way.
Sure, I have no doubt he is trying hard to make it all work for he stands to make a lot of money. However, his at risk capital is next to nothing.
