Hope i get this right. If equity raise for 40% was required, this is not then required to be paid back with interest to a financial institution. Therefore, this would effectively increase the NPV by the raised amount plus the discount in interest on repayments after the much reduced pay back period. I cant calculate this where i am currently but you could expect at end of life the npv would be 1.3ish billion? Does that make sense?
