My gut feeling is they are intending to pull a deal(s) on the strength of the PFS.
Thats why they are making it so comprehensive.
You don't NEED a DFS to get a deal ......... it's not a legal requirement.
If it's good enough and has all the right info they may actually end up a step ahead of the game ?
