I'm happy ANW went up, don't get me wrong. But I take leaky ships as a bad sign of governance. I hope this was just someone deciding to take a position although normally that's done over several days to avoid spikes like this. If there's good news in a few days it'll be a dim look.
One of the reasons I wanted a tin play was its use in solar panels. I recall a few years ago, someone posited that there wasn't enough tin on the planet to allow us to theoretically go 100% solar in the future.
