So if I understand correctly roughly 2/3 of the first tranch of the Bergen deal has diluted the shares by roughly 100milion.
If mathematics has not failed me 100 million times the share price before the Bergen deal, (what was it roughly, 8c?) is $8milllion.
So a simple CR of 150 million new shares would have given them at that time the $12 million they wanted.

Now it looks like the share dilution could become an order of magitude higher.
Who ever decided to go ahead with this Bergen deal must be brain dead.

I am NOT downramping but following very simple plain logic here.
