This is one of the few ASX "natural disasters" I haven't experienced but I suggest you have some time to act.

Other more knowledgable posters may come past and give you some insights.

ITD was top of the Losers list yesterday so should attract some attention.

From my quick read, delisting will be in February if they keep to the schedule.

There has to be an agreement from shareholders at an EGM for this to happen so intention is not action.

They will need to provide more detail before the EGM. There's also a possibility that there may come an offer to take the whole business private ie buy out the current shareholders. So there is still a range of possibilities.

Looks like your Exec Chair Bill Mobbs has at least 40% of the shares either directly or through his holding company Bilbo Holdings.

There was solid buying off the low at lunchtime (248k shares) from $0.075 to the close of $0.092

I'd wait an see what happens for now.
