Nope, never had an in-depth look at BKW, the main reasons being that 1) I don’t like the sector, 2) I don’t like the cross-shareholding with SOL, and 3) while optically cheap, it isn’t cheap enough for me to be oblivious of 1) and 2), or to want to dig any deeper. A late-cycle acquisition in the US doesn’t make the picture any rosier, I’m afraid, so for me it’s a “no”.
