Regarding takeover,
Since you mentioned about Celegne, do you know, if they have sold their stake in Mesoblast? I went through their annual reports for FY 2015, 2016, 2017 & 2018. Nothing mentioned about Mesoblast. However, they got approximately 81 million dollars worth of marketable securities in their balance sheet. It's a fair value and what i observed was, value of their initial equity investments has decreased. Now question is, which companies equity does this marketable securities comprise? I couldn't locate any disclosure on this. Therefore, i couldn't conclude whether or not their MS consist MSB equity .
