Yes the share issue is dillutionary but they probably need the money.
At least they gave us shareholders a option to participate. Most company would have done a straight out placement. They may still end up having to do a placement if shareholders dont participate
If this company is a billion dollar company in 2010 you wont hear any shareholders complaining.
