    May be you are right. Time it took for Tanzania legislators and ML to arrive all previous bets are off and it’s ground zero again. Remembering DD for Silk funding would never had started until application was submitted and that wasn’t until after the ML was received.


    Love the thoughts here, no negative,  just open minded thoughts. Wish we could get some more of this chatter more often.
