The exact time a COY would be chasing substantial shareholders to incorporate their holding numbers to put into a T20 shareholders table.

Months later COY has fed court to deal with because a re compliance application finds faults in holdings/invalid trades.

Sounds like the secretary could've known about this some time ago.
