Well said Kornerblok. Like you I have held for a long time. I have paid a total of $336,000 for my shares in CIY. Like everyone else, I did it for the dividend and, also because I thought (at the time) it was the safer and more prudent option! - a hedge against the violent volatility of the broader market.
This will turn out to either be a complete disaster or, at the current share price, the buy of the year. Who knows, but all I can say is that as each day passes and there is no further bad news and, importantly, no further bad publicity, the tension surrounding this stock is slowly easing.
Providing they clear each hurdle before them for the rest of this year we may see a gradual recovery in the sp. Maybe some good will actually come from all of this afterall. Maybe management will learn the hard lesson that debt can be a bad thing and they will somehow restructure the company so as to not be so dependent on debt in the future.
