Your exactly right. They need to prove what they have. I think their MC is way to high even at current levels. At 80 cents this stock was a complete joke and I can't believe they were doing a 2:1 merger. We should be thankful this never went through.

But your right finance for SDL should be no problems if they really have a billion tonnes of high grade DSO. However on this note lets end the discussions with SDL. Its over and won't be proposed again!!!!!!! It also brings back painful memories :P

GJ has about 16 million GBG shares including all his employee options from the top of my head. Hes set to make $100 million at the very least if he pulls of Karara. Goodluck GJ i'm hoping you pull it off because it will make me over a million as well.
