In hindsight I think I may have over reacted a little. Sure; perhaps BGS time was paid for by BGS money. But the way I see the point to be; the individuals worked for free for another company; not ours. They believed in another company, not ours. How did they fund being able to work for free? They walked away without so much an update or calling for a shareholder meeting and vote. Just all of a sudden, there were better opportunities. I'm not convinced that we've been represented well here at all and it certainly doesn't look good on the optics of integrity.
This has left me jaded somewhat. Lack of sufficient insentive and lack of consequence. No carrot, no stick; you get what you get and if you don't like it; we'll abandon without so much as a general meeting. It smells. The asset is good. I like what I am seeing in replacements; though it all still smells. More patience then. We'll only know what the lessons are at the end.
