The mill site location has always been considered risky as located between creeks. I am happy to invest in Kin when they build a mill that's works and they have enough water year round to operate it and a team of hands on engineers with construction experience. A vibrating and shaking structure on ground that is not rock solid is risky.
Not continuing the mill build when they have money to do so, and the parts sitting there is a enough of a warning sign somethings not right.
