The short essay on his name has nothing to do with who he is. It was, as I stated, a piece of trivia, that's all.
I've read a great many attacks on the Labor Party by George, just as I've read a great many attacks on the Lib Party. The man has got to vote some way or another but it doesn't mean he can't criticise any of them. To my mind he's quite perceptive and fair. Honest in his views and not a hypocrite like so many other journos.
He is certainly not a Bolt or like any others of his ilk, most of whom congregate around the Australian and Herald-Sun stables.
