I don't care about any of that but when you need a coal fired plant to dry your coal and also something to power the conveyor belts to get it on some kind of other drying conveyor apparatus (I'm assuming unless the punters are shovelling it by hand) and then try to call it "zero emissions" or "zero direct emissions" it's about as zero emitting as a steel furnace or any other industrial process that needs a coal fired or other kind of pollutant emitting power station.
