If there is no company signed up before the meeting, could someone ask them how widely they've advertised ,and does this include direct approaches to any Indian or Chinese companies.They have a history of keeping shareholders in the dark and seem to treat the company as their own private property.RJ has about 24 million shares and will be reluctant to share power with anyone else. Hope I'm wrong but I'm worried that they'll pick another minnow to share with, leaving all the power in the hands of RJ.

Unless everything that has happened to ICN in recent years has been shear bad luck I think they can only move ahead with new management.I hope I'm wrong. Love to have egg on my face on this one.Good luck to all!!!!
