Voted with the Browns. My decision is based on the realisation that the Board has been treating TNG as THEIR company not OURS.I re read statements released after the Browns issued the notice. The deliberate decision to stop communicating is a small, but telling, sample of the attitude of the Chairperson and the Managing Director. Blaming the Browns for delays in the project, (really!!) Then the discounted "strategic" Vimson placement occurs with no explanation.
I want a first strike on remuneration report first and foremost. If we are in the same position next year, a spill of the Board is warranted.
