I agree with your post. The magnetite project has so far not unlocked any value , but will do so once an partner is introduced.
How much could we attach to this deal????

It could be anything from $1 to $3 imho depending on the deal.
AGO tries to add as much value to the magnetite project as posstible to get the best outcome and because of this have not made a deal as yet.

Looking at the huge increase of the iron ore price, they have followed a smart way by not signing an agreement in the earlier stages of the project.

AGO is going in my bottom draw for some very good reason....
