I received an email response from JD re my dis-satisfaction re financing, which he responded to.
He indicated that he wasn't happy with the $0.028 placement price but stated that considering my long term holding he gave me a phone number and contact at Pattersons stating he had given them my name and I could participate in the placement.
I did not take it up simply because I still had no update or more importantly FACTS re financing from him!
Also going on his track record, after each placement the share price usually falls below the placement price within a week or two of closing.
It was earlier this year he stated finance was imminent, now he is saying within 6 months???
Give us a break!!!
