I think you need to keep in mind that potential suitors could be companies like Nestle or other large multi national companies.
For a Nestle with a market cap of over 240 bill USD, the au dollar .72, nz .67, buying us for a premium far in excess of 20% wouldn't be very difficult.Actually for some of these companies would be lunch money.
My gut tells me an activist group will either buy into a2( a good thing in my view) or one of the companies that already have partial activism taking place by large shareholders would be the buyers.
The activist firm in Nestle has already mentioned A2by name as a target.
Also mentions them by name as a company " doing it right"
( as mentioned before, presentation available for review on Nestle website under 3 rd point presentation.
I'll take 50-80% with glee.
