They are the same people responsible for some of the 15m turnover which has already gone through. They have bought early and put a corresponding sell order a couple of cents higher in the hope of making a good margin.
When the run up happens, they will pull their orders because they know they can make a lot more by waiting.
I'm sure a number of them are regular readers (maybe not contributors) of HC.... you know who you are!
If you believe these are cappers, then ask yourself if the people on the buys side are props.
