Ralphi, my opinion is that if the Supreme Court knock it on the head , either 1. village will increase the bid ( very unlikley as I don't think they'll have the cash), 2. withdraw the sheme ... ords will head towards 1.30 and prefs back to 80 cents. Not trying to be super negative but the directors will want to show boswell and co what damage their actions have caused to the genuine holders .... its no skin off villages nose. just my opinion.good luck as i suspect you have a stack more shares than me ! cheers
