You know @Chianti is alluding to the huge bonus she received in the sale of her shares
as being the 30% pay increase, whichever way you look at it, it's still a pay increase!
Not only that, she's on a promise of a bonus equal to that of her salary should she hit
targets.
What I want to know is, what are we getting from her for her salary?
Shouldn't her substantive salary and shares be reason enough to hit targets.
Is our Board getting a bit greedy, and happy go lucky dishing out cash and shares
to themselves, and diluting ours?
Maybe it's time they did a share buy back to cover those they want to dish out
to themselves in the future!
