What I want to know is why isn't coldry being demonstrated at a commercial level in India, why can't we build a 170kt module? So now we are talking about a 600kt module! R and D in Australia I can understand but why are we giving 51% when it doesn't include demonstration at commercial stage for either technology? Why are we talking about a commercial module here in Australia, why would someone build that when it isn't proven and there isn't any incentive(like the Indians have)? Why are we talking about a coldry module here in Australia when logically it won't get built till the 60kt module is built in India? If we have interest to build a coldry module here at 170kt why aren't we giving an incentive here. India, including NLC will use our technology if it stacks up, royalties won't matter. I know we are missing the finer details at the moment but I'm still missing something, what am I missing?
