The offer had no minimum acceptance. I think the people who accepted the offer will be allotted RMS shares and RMS will be stuck with an approximate 5% holding in EXU (that’s from my memory.....I’d need to read the offer again to confirm). Surely the people who accepted would be able to answer this question as you wouldn’t accept an offer without reading the offer document carefully. Esh
