You would be best to check before you give advice like that, even though you say you are not sure. There was no minimum acceptance but there were other defeating conditions. RMS mentioned that one of them would be triggered if the ALK deal goes ahead and said they were not waiving this condition when they withdrew their 5c offer. It should be clear from the 604 Form if RMS actually have ownership, and hopefully EXU holders who took up the offer had this clearly explained to them.
Any EXU holders should check carefully on this and not make any assumptions either way, of course not taking my comments as expert advice. I just wanted to caution after the previous assumptions but would not even post this on the EXU board.
