delays are part'n parcel of the Energy Sector.
my fingers are crossed that oil will be flowing end May.
more importantly....
my price target 3~5 years $3.00plus.
seems as though Otto will make some shareholders a million plus bucks. it happened with Hardman Resources, same thing will happen with Otto Energy.
