He and top 40 own nearly 70%. This is incentive.

Combined , this will do well. (imo only) Yes, rose coloured glasses as it has taken longer than anyone dreamt.
The new aquisition is positive. imo only .
Costs down, margins up, but they will still need to deliver on the sales packages into schools in the US.
This will take time.
