GoldenSouth, as a downramper, you arnt very good. I mean this sincerely, your protestations are like a mosquito right now. Just plain irritating and not very effective. Totally ignoring well reasoned responses and ploughing on with the same incorrect facts is just annoying. You want a debate, come to the table with real points to make.

Out of respect to us all, the least you could do is spend a few hours understanding some basic research on:
1. the track record of WBT to date against accepted industry progress, hint: its spectacular
2. what the relationship is between Rice and WBT currently, hint: James Tour talks us up, not down
3. what it means if Rice were to walk away at this point in the reram story, hint: they would miss the market opportunity completely for reram
4. some basic understanding of chip manufacturing technology and how it works, hint: what masking is, how density affects yield, the process from design through to production and how much work it is, why particular densities are important and why WBT getting them is further reason for Rice to stay with us

This way you wont embarrass yourself and perhaps your attempts to talk the share price down might actually have some effect.
