I agree the average consolidation in the asx minmows market is not one to be involved with. Most of the time it is with struggling companies that wish to reduce shares to increase price in view of gaining more capital with forward share placements. Even though not many of us voted for a consolidation. There is an arguement that CSS is through the doldrums and is slowly emerging as a decent investment vehicle. Thus an increased SP can be beneficial for us in that it makes us more of an investment grade stock. Considering how many i have i hope i am correct and the board has thought it through.

kpax that is totally in line with company secretary's opinion (I emailed him after the AGM querying the consolidation) that this may improve the "optics" of the share price to the larger investors; which in turn will hopefully make it more sought after.
