Myers was the NWE company secretary many years ago and should be able to fulfil that role again.
His knowledge should mean that we can save the KPMG fees.
Glad that Fry left ... falling on his sword was a good outcome.
Myers is very active and hard working in PCL.
I suggested that he would only need half a fee .... but he didn't seem to embrace that idea.
The CEO report was bland.
There was no suggestion of the sale of any of our assets.
Shelly was hopeful that the 3D seismic might be approved prior to Christmas.
But the next window of opportunity to do the seismic is march.
Why then you ask.
Well if we don't pick these windows to do the seismic then the application gets more and more complex and much harder to get through.
I reported to the meeting and to the board what pumper had found out so that they were aware that we are working to achieve the permit with them.
They were not at all upset with our actions.
Saltbus, Eagle08 and I had a good meeting before and after. It was good to get to meet them.
There were two plants in the meeting from the Greenies who have a standard set of questions that they are pursuing .... as the same questions were asked at the FAR agm.
Shelly handled them quite well.
Saltbus was keen to get stuck into them but fortunately he resisted the urge. Lol.
The board and Shelly is very aware of our vulnerable situation and cost cutting is at a maximum.
The workover of the 2 remaining wells at Jingamia commenced yesterday too so here's hoping that they can be online and pumping out oil early in the 1st quarter of 2019.
The mongrels who were there last year were not there this year so the opportunity for a punch up did not present itself.
There were no buscuits to munch on either.
If I remember any more I will post it maybe Sunday.
I will be attending the PCL agm tomorrow so I will monitor Ernie Myers performance there and report back.
