As another attendee of the AGM I found it informative. The benefit of attending is that answers to the questions have context which is lacking in many of the notices. There has been a lot of context in the last 2 years of the BTL journey.I was intrigued by the buyback situation and hence my question which was comprehensively answered and with context made absolute sense as eluded by a previous poster.  All in all I think these guys have put in some decent graft over the last couple of years and if they walk the walk over the next year with regard to taking action on the points noted following the communication and board structure questions then us minority guys should have little to whinge about. They can't do everything at once now the concrete slab has been laid we should see some good progress on generating tangible  shareholder value
