Murray brought Con in when the company was doing nothing, getting nowhere and had no real foundation to make serious sales agreements.

All that now exists and where is Murray now? Think about it. You say the abuse of ESI has finally been cleaned out and a competent CEO is in place. This did not just happen by itself.

At 70 years of age who would even want to have taken on the role of CEO in ESI anyway? Con's one year term is now done and hopefully he will remain on the board having done the dirty work no-one else could do.

Last year Con said that ESI should have stayed private as there was too much "pressure for share price performance" on the company which was not ready for the public arena.

For me this company is NOW at the stage where it should have been taken public to raise funds for development just before sales were made.

We all bought too early but so what? If this thing moves a few cents here or there will be irrelevant.

The refreshed board plus Kos now have a base and 2 clear goals...get the finance needed and sign some agreements within the next 2 to 3 months max.

That is what the market will judge them on. Concrete results now are all that will motivate me to buy more.
