What about their production record over the last few years. It has increased substantially. They are producing at record levels. ROC don't set the share price...the market does. The opportunity to purchase at these prices is rare.

Only will take one decent find for their shareprice to increase substantially from these prices.
Every failure is a step closer to a find. The fact that they are now exploring in the more prospective pre-salt areas of Angola increases this likelihood.
