Look at the funds sunk in order to "buy" that production.
When you have a decades performace, have a multitude of projects, and are at your forseeable production plateau, then imho you must look at the composite record (achieved with the tail winds of rising poo), and say that it is not an entirely pretty picture.
Given the fiscal terms and costs in Angola they will need a monster there to mitigate decline in current projects, nevermind about talking the company to the next level.
