Do I believe CIY will pull out of this situation? If they pay the final divi of 30 cents normally due end October and pay it roughly around that time frame then yes, the sp has to worth two bucks or even more in my opinion. As has been said a million times, if the perception in the market is that they are here to stay and the property market doesn't fall over then the sp has to, at least, partially recover. I'll stick my neck out and say that the process to recovery has already started. With a 4.68 per cent lift today I tentively predict that the recovery to $2.00 to $2.50 has begun. That would put them on a PE of around 4 which I believe they will achieve. They have been massively oversold imo.
